200 East 59 is a luxury residential condominium that pushes the boundaries of classic modernism. Rising 35 stories high, every residence is wrapped in deep, continuous private terraces that extend living and entertainment space into the skyline. The condominium is one of the only residential buildings in New York City without columns in the interior spaces. Each of the 67 residences is a corner home, allowing the floor-to-ceiling windows to invite an abundance natural light.

With its residences in the sky, light and air play an essential role in the daily life of the building and its inhabitants. Sun, sky, and clouds become constant companions, and the homes feel as if they are suspended in air, free of gravitational force.
